Paul Robinson has claimed Lucas Moura will start for Tottenham against Sporting CP in the Champions League on Wednesday (26 October) if he is fit enough.
The former Spurs and England goalkeeper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, suggested Antonio Conte could go back to a three-man attack after playing a 3-5-2 formation in Sunday’s (23 October) loss against Newcastle.
Moura is yet to start this season after struggling with a calf injury but made a 24-minute substitute cameo as Tottenham fell 2-1 against the Magpies.

As quoted by football.london in the build-up to that game (21 October), Conte admitted Moura was not yet ready to start a game – and hinted at returning to a three-pronged attack once he is fully fit.
Other attackers Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison are currently ruled out through injury.
Tottenham can advance to the knockout stage with a game to spare if they can beat Sporting at home on Wednesday.

Robinson insisted Conte is a “strong person” who will not allow “outside influences” to affect his thinking despite criticism from fans and pundits alike.
He told Football Insider: “He’ll play in that 3-4-3 if he’s fit enough.
“I think in a home game against Newcastle, Conte would have played him if he felt he was fit enough to start.
“I don’t think Conte cares what the fans and the critics say.
“He’s been brought in to do a job and he’s a very strong person. He’s his own man, and that’s why he’s at the top of the game.
“He will not care one iota what anyone says. He won’t be affected by any outside influences at all.”
In other news, pundit claims Tottenham face “real scramble” as Antonio Conte quotes emerge.
