Alan Hutton has suggested Bryan Gil could finally be given game time at Tottenham.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs right-back said that the absence of Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Moura could encourage Antonio Conte to give Gil a shot.
The 21-year-old was an unused substitute in the Lilywhites’ 1-0 win over Brighton on Saturday (8 October).

Moura has been out of contention for Spurs since August due to inflammation in his tendon
As quoted by Football.London (8 October), Conte said the 30-year-old is “really far” from a return to the side.
The Italian also added that he doesn’t know when Kulusevski could return but is hopeful he can be back for their Champions League game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday (12 October).

Gil has made just one appearance for the London club so far this season since he returned to the club following a six-month loan at Valencia.
Hutton suggested Conte’s injury problems could give the winger a chance.
I still think he is down the pecking order,” he told Football Insider.
He is more of a forward thinking player than someone who is going to play, say wing-back and run up and down.
They have got a lot of options but it would be nice to see him. I think he has got the ability.
It has not quite worked for him in a Spurs shirt, he obviously had to go out on loan and stuff.
Kulusevski is also injured so that could open up another opportunity for him.
So we might see him at some point and he will have to take the opportunity with both hands.
