Live Updates: Alabama 49, Arkansas 26; Final – 247Sports

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – No. 2-ranked Alabama (4-0, 1-0 SEC) will play No. 20 Arkansas (3-1, 0-1) this afternoon in its second road game. The Crimson Tide and Razorbacks will face off at Reynolds Razorback Stadium, and the conference game will kick off at 2:30 p.m. on CBS. 
Alabama and Arkansas will meet for the 33rd time this afternoon. The Crimson Tide leads the all-time series, 25-7, and has won 15 straight over the Razorbacks. That streak includes last season’s shootout in Tuscaloosa that finished in favor of the Tide, 42-35, along with the last meeting in Fayetteville, a 52-3 win for Alabama on Dec. 12, 2020. Nick Saban is 18-2 in his career against Arkansas and a perfect 15-0 while at Alabama. Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman is in his third season as a head coach and is 0-2 against the Crimson Tide.

— Seth McLaughlin is snapping to Bryce Young as the centers and QBs take the field for warmups. Darrian Dalcourt is in uniform but dealing with back spasms and is a game-time decision, per Saban. 
— Byron Young is dressed out and is up first through D-line drills along with DJ Dale. No sign of the third senior DL, Justin Eboigbe, though.
— JoJo Earle is warming up with the rest of the wide receivers and is moving well. But no Tyler Harrell or Aaron Anderson sightings.
— The first three defensive linemen in team drills are Tim Smith, Jaheim Oats and Jah-Marien Latham.
— Arkansas wins the toss and elects to defer to the second half. Alabama will receive the opening kickoff. 
— JoJo Earle starting the game in the slot. Seth McLaughlin is at center. 
— Bryce Young looks deep for Kobe Prentice, who hauls in a 41-yard catch down to the Arkansas 31. 
— Bryce Young is picked off inside the five by Dwight McGlothern.
