Alan Hutton has claimed Leeds United are “all over the place” as pressure grows on Jesse Marsch’s position at the club.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Tottenham and Aston Villa right-back said Marsch will know his job is under intense scrutiny.
On Tuesday (25 October), sources told this site that the Whites are putting out feelers as they lay the groundwork for appointing a new manager.
The Leeds hierarchy are compiling a shortlist of potential replacements for Marsch, who they believe may not be in charge beyond the mid-November World Cup cut-off.
The Yorkshire club are currently 18th in the Premier League with just nine points from 11 games.
Hutton fears Marsch is running out of time to turn things around.

It has been a poor run of form,” he told Football Insider.
They are still struggling to score goals. I think the recruitment has been ok, he has brought in a couple of players that I like the look of but ultimately they still look a little bit all over the place.
It is a results business, their ambitions are obviously to do well within the league and it is not happening at this moment in time.
We have got a World Cup break just round the corner where a couple of teams could be thinking it is the time to change.
He is under pressure, he will know that he does not need me to say it. You can tell by the reaction from the crowd. I think when that starts to happen, you know there is a problem. He is going to have to turn that around really quickly.
In other news, a pundit has suggested the real reason for Patrick Bamford meltdown as Leeds transfer claim made.
