  • October 1, 2022

LSU football (3-1, 1-0 SEC) is coming off of a blowout win against New Mexico last week, despite the team’s multiple injured players. The Tigers’ defense didn’t allow more than 88 yards for the Lobos, which maintained coach Brian Kelly’s undefeated record in Baton Rouge, 38-0. The Tigers will begin a six-game stretch of conference games starting with Auburn (3-1, 1-0 SEC) on Saturday (6 p.m. CT) at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala.
This will be Kelly’s first SEC road game. Kelly quoted Mike Tyson ahead of the series reminding fans alike that everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth, Tyson once said. But Kelly says the Tigers have got a plan, they just need to stick to it.
