Robins visit Brewers at the Pirelli Stadium in League One
Cheltenham Town play Burton Albion away in League One on Saturday afternoon (3pm).
Head coach Wade Elliott will have midfielder James Olayinka available again after he was cup tied for the midweek EFL Trophy defeat by West Ham United Under-21s.
Striker Alfie May is progressing well with his recovery from an ankle ligament injury, but he will not feature.
Young defender Grant Horton is also injured and due to undergo a scan after suffering a setback on Thursday.
Both of last season's meetings finished 1-1 and Cheltenham have not beaten the Brewers for a decade.
But the Pirelli Stadium was the scene of one of the club's most remarkable results: a 6-5 victory in 2010.
The Robins also clinched promotion to the Conference at Burton in 1997, but that was their old ground, Eton Park.
