Arsenal idol not ‘feeling sorry’ for Spurs after update on Hugo Lloris and teammate -‘it will be a blow’ – Football Insider

By Kevin Campbell
Kevin Campbell has claimed “it will be a blow” for Tottenham if both Hugo Lloris and Ben Davies are missing against Arsenal on Saturday.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunners and Everton striker said “it would be a hell of a game” for Fraser Forster to make his debut in.
As reported by Football.London‘s Lee Wilmot (28 September), Lloris and Davies are a doubt for the trip to the Emirates after missing international fixtures.
Lloris pulled out of the France squad because of a thigh injury.
Meanwhile, Davies was missing for Wales because of a hairline fracture of a bone under his knee.
When asked by Football Insider if the duo’s absence would boost Arsenal’s chance of winning, Campbell said: “It will be a blow to Spurs if they’re both missing because they have been very consistent.

“They have both started the season well. This is what squads are for. This is why Antonio Conte wanted to build a deep squad.
“You need to utilise your squad whenever there is injuries. Arsenal have had to do it a few times this season. Spurs have been pretty set with their team. The injuries are starting to hit now. We will see on matchday who is fit.
“If they have to shuffle the pack so be it. I am not feeling sorry for them. No one feels sorry for Arsenal when we have injuries.
“It would be a hell of a debut for Fraser Forster but he is a big, imposing goalkeeper.”
