Dennis Praet is fighting to be fit to face Tottenham this weekend but Leicester City have no fresh injury concerns otherwise.
The Belgian midfielder has missed a few days of training this week with a foot issue. But manager Brendan Rodgers hopes he will be able to train on Friday, the day before City travel to the capital to take on Spurs.
Praet has so far made one Premier League start for City, in the defeat at Chelsea, but remained an unused substitute in the last two outings, losses to Manchester United and Brighton. He was linked with a move back to Torino right up until deadline day, but will be a part of Rodgers’ squad at least until January.

“Dennis Praet has been out for a few days but should come back into training tomorrow (Friday),” Rodgers said at his press conference on Thursday afternoon. “He should be okay.
“He’s had an ongoing issue with his foot. He’s trained through it, he’s tried to play through it. He’s just been off for a few days to allow that to recover.
“I saw him out on the pitches with our conditioning team (on Thursday) and he looked fine. Apart from that, everyone is okay.”
That leaves just full-backs Ryan Bertrand (knee) and Ricardo Pereira (Achilles) as the two City players on the sidelines. When City’s 25-man squad was named this week, Bertrand was handed a spot, but Ricardo was not, owing to the longer timeline on the Portuguese’s comeback.
Asked if he expected Bertrand back before January, Rodgers said: “That’s the reason why Ryan’s been made available and Ricardo hasn’t. We’re not expecting Ricardo back until some time in the new year. Every other player we reckon can get and be fit in this period, they’re in the squad.”
