Chester, Smith and Davies – Derby County injury update as Liam Rosenior receives boost
Derby County interim manager Liam Rosenior has insisted his squad is "looking good" ahead of tomorrow's League One trip to Lincoln City.
The Rams return to action on Tuesday following the postponement of Saturday's trip to Morecambe as a mark of respect after Queen Elizabeth II's death. It's their first fixture since losing 3-2 to Plymouth Argyle ten days ago and they face a Lincoln team winless in their previous three games.
Lincoln, currently managed by Mark Kennedy, sit outside the relegation zone on goal difference with only one win in their opening seven games. Victory for Derby could lift them up to fourth in the League One table ahead of a hectic end of September.

Goalkeepers do not need to be listed in the squad list to play in a match, so the names of Joe Wildsmith, Scott Loach and Joseph Anang are absent, despite them playing for the club.

Conor Hourihane admits Derby’s defeat to Plymouth was doubly disappointing – but says the intensity in training “gone through the roof” in an attempt to put it right.
A Sam Cosgrove double, the last of which came in the 90th minute, condemned the Rams to a 3-2 defeat last time out.
Liam Rosenior ’s side had led 2-0 at the break courtesy of goals from James Collins and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing before Morgan’s Whittaker’s 56th-minute strike sparked an Argyle comeback.
